My Grandma’s chicken & stuffing pie recipe❤️ Cooked chicken thighs/breast - 650g Stuffing sage & onion - 1 pack Cook both to your preference I seasoned my chicken with salt, pepper & mixed herbs. Make your dough Plan flour - 16oz Butter - 8oz Salt to taste Make into breadcrumbs either with your finger tips or mixer. Make a hole in the middle of the breadcrumbs a VERY slowly add cold water & knead until it forms into a dough (I use my hands) Then wrap the dough into cling film & pop into the fridge until you’re ready to roll it out. Sauce - 1 can of condensed cream of chicken 1 cup of THICK gravy Salt & pepper to taste Splash of water to get the right consistency. Mix the sauce together until it’s lovely and thick like in my video. Now you can mix the sauce in with the chicken & stuffing. Roll out your dough onto a flour surface to the shape of your baking dish leaving enough to cover the sides as you can trim excess! Add your filling and then cover with the lid you rolled out. Press with a fork to seal the edges and the egg wash the top. Bake in a preheated oven 170fan -1hr - 1hr15 minutes. You can also chill until you’re ready to cook. Will keep chilled for up to 24 hrs.
