✨Tater tot casserole✨ RECIPE- 1 lb ground turkey 1 tsp each - salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, onion powder 1 can corn 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chiles 1 cup sour cream 2 cups shredded cheddar Tater tots Cook turkey and seasonings in skillet Add (drained) can of corn, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar and stir Pour into casserole dish Cover with other cup or shredded cheddar Top with tater tots Bake at 400 for 35-40 mins

Sorry I haven’t been posting as much, been too busy being happy ❤️ Recipe - Greek style stuffed peppers 1 red onion 5 peppers (1 diced) A few garlic cloves 2 tomatoes 1 1/2 c rice 1 handful dill 1 handful parsley 3 c water Salt Pepper Stir and add hollowed bell peppers (upside down) Cover and cook 20 mins over medium heat Optional - add cooked ground turkey (with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder) Top with feta

✨Creamy chicken and potatoes ✨ RECIPE - Ingredients- Chicken breast, Baby gold potatoes, 5(ish) garlic cloves, Onion powder, Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Basil, Paprika, Chili flakes, Olive oil, 1/3 C plain Greek yogurt or cream cheese, 1/2 C any milk or cream, 1/4 C grated parm… Cube potatoes and chicken breast. Add chicken breast, seasonings, and olive oil to a bowl to marinate. Put aside. Put cubed potatoes on a baking sheet. Add seasonings and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20mins at 400. While baking, place your marinated chicken cubes in a pan on the stove. Cook on high for about 5 mins. Lower the heat and add your milk and greek yogurt. Add your cooked potatoes and stir in grated parmesan. Add extra seasonings if needed.

RECIPE - Seasoning- 2 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon cayenne powder OR 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon sea salt ½ teaspoon dried basil ½ teaspoon dried oregano ½ teaspoon thyme Butterfly chicken breast fillets and coat both sides in seasoning Air fry 375 for 14 mins, flip half way
