Ordered myself this ring for Valentine’s day! 💍 specs: oura ring, size 10, color: silver. I’ll let you know what i think after awhile, but decided on this ring instead of the Apple Watch. #ouraring #ouraringunboxing #healthyhabits #habittracker
It really is scary sharing my first home so publically because it is in many ways opening myself up to be critiqued, but i’ve been learning how to let that go. 🤍🫶🏾
BEEF + BROCCOLI White rice angus beef strips (1lb) 1 pack broccoli sesame oil garlic chicken broth Corn starch or arrowroot powder seasonings: chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper soy sauce Cooked white rice for the base in rice cooker (took about 15 mins to cook) Also, steamed 1/2 pack broccoli You’ll need 1 lb pack of Angus Beef Steak Strips — you can also cut your own thin slices of steak, but this is the faster option! Seasoned the meat to taste with: garlic powder, garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper and 1 tbsp of corn starch (you can substitute for arrow root powder too). Cooked in an iron skillet with sesame oil on high heat until no red showing on meat Then, removed from pan, and made a sauce At this point, the broccoli was done steaming as well - set to the side For the sauce — In the same pan, I added about: 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp seaame oil 1/4 cup chicken broth 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp minced garlic (to taste) cornstarch + water to thicken - to desired thickness, just add more or cut thickness with more chicken broth Simmer until sauce is at desired thickness. Then add in your cooked beef and steamed broccoli. Since it’s all cooked at this point, you’re ready to plate! You can add sesame seeds (optional) and serve on rice. Enjoy! #dinnerforone #easymeals #easyrecipesathome #beefandbroccoli #healthymeals
