Ahead of Jamaican independence on Tuesday, you know I had to make something special to show my roots🇯🇲 I promise you, if I wasn’t jamaican I wouldn’t be able to cook this good, it’s the root of my creativity! This recipe is a spin on a recipe in my cookbook, I wanted to smoke these ribs low and slow, to get maximum flavours. It didn’t dissapoint at all. I made some fresh brioche buns and served this with pimento pickled onions, dill pickles and pickled chillis. If you know me, you know I love guava and you know I love rum too.
