This Hot Honey Hummus is a brilliant way to put your Hot Honey to good use! I made so much and we demolished it in about a day. The chickpeas are cooked again to make sure they are super soft. Then they're soaking in water and baking soda for 20 minutes to help soften the skin and make it easier to remove. This is gonna give you the creamiest hummus you can get. These Worcestershire Sauce Cured Egg Yolks were a recent experiment I did as a follow up to the Hot Honey Cured Eggs Yolks from a while back! Unfortunately I split some of the yolks and they became a bit of a homogeneous mess. But most came out alright! But nowhere near as pretty as the Hot Honey Cured Yolks. These yolks still firm up to a spreadable consistency. And what else do you do with Worcestershire sauce except put it on cheese on toast! Did you know you may have never had real wasabi! That stuff in the tubes is, more often than not, just horseradish and mustard dyed green. Real Fresh Wasabi is much more aromatic, pungent and sweet than the fake stuff. But you need to know how to use it. It needs a special grater (usually made of shark skin) to maximise the impact of the wasabi. Then you'll need to use it pretty quickly, because it loses all that flavour and heat with 15-20 minutes. I got this wasabi from @wasabigrowersuk and it was grown right here in the UK, which is awesome! I'm not kidding when I say that these Bone Marrow Brioche Buns are quite possibly the BEST burger Buns I have ever made. They are soft and squidgy but not pappy and crumbly like those ones in the store. These have bite and structure and texture. They are incredible! So I highly recommend stocking up on some marrow bones and getting to work. Mashed Potato! Everyone has their own perfect method to make it! And this is mine! Infuse whatever flavours you like in the cream and butter! If you like a richer Mashed Potato, use more cream and butter! If you like it lighter, more milk will do the trick! The more fat you add, the softer it will be so add as much as you want until YOU are happy with the consistency! Fresh herbs and crispy things on top always help elevate Mashed Potato. Creme Brulee doughnuts (or donuts) are just fantastic. Not much more I can tell you about them. Rich, creamy creme pat' filling, with acrispy sweet caramel topping! These donuts are well worth loosing a tooth over while.you get through that caramel. Chilli Crisp has got to be the ultimate condiment. Everything else in the cupboard pales in comparison. It is truly undefeated. You can definitely play around with your ingredients to suit your own taste and heat level! I use a mixture of sesame, soy & rive vinegar to help balance it out but you can play about with these too! It's great on noodles, eggs, meat, dumplings, soup, or whatever you fancy! Chilli crisp does take a little time to make but it is well worth the investment! You won't regret it!
