Significant severe thunderstorm threat likely today & tomorrow across a large section of the Mid South/Midwest/Plains/Ohio River Valley. Areas highlighted in orange are within an Enhanced Risk(Level 3 out of 5) for severe thunderstorms. Areas within red are wirhin a Moderate Risk(Level 4 out of 5) for severe thunderstorms. The greatest risk will extend from North Texas to the Middle Mississippi Valley. High-Res Model Guidance suggesting Wednesday is a day to monitor closely for all hazards of severe weather. Damaging winds will be the primary mode of severe weather concern w/ a robust squall line & few embedded tornadoes likely. In addition, few supercells possible ahead of the main line of storms that will need to be monitored for enhanced tornado risk. Few stronger(EF2+) tornadoes possible.
