Day One on the Disney Wish! Our Disney Cruise adventure started bright and early with bell services picking up our bags at 7:30 AM so they could head straight to the ship. We had breakfast at 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian (because priorities 🍽️), and thanks to Larry—the MVP of cruise pickups—we hopped on the Disney Cruise Line bus from the Grand instead of walking back to the Poly. ✨ 🚢 9:45 AM – Boarded the Disney Cruise Line bus at the Grand Floridian, officially on our way to Port Canaveral to board the Disney Wish! 🚢 11:00 AM – Arrived at the port! And here’s where things got fun—we decided to upgrade our social media team’s room to a verandah because, well… they’re the best, and they deserve to live their best cruise life with a balcony view. So while we handled that, we ended up boarding a little later at 11:50 AM—but totally worth it. 🚢 12:00 PM – First stop? Marceline Market for a quick lunch—because nothing says “vacation” like an all-you-can-eat Disney buffet. 🚢 12:45 PM – Explored the ship, toured the Oceaneer Club & Edge during open house, and soaked in all the first-day magic. 🚢 2:30 PM – Our staterooms were ready! Checked them out and got to see what fun free gifts DCL left for us! 🎁 🚢 3:00 PM – Time for the mandatory emergency drill (not the most exciting, but necessary). 🚢 4:10 PM – Found the perfect spot for the Sail Away Party and got hyped as we officially set sail! 🚢🌊 🚢 4:30 - 5:30 PM – More exploring, meeting characters, and taking in all the Disney Cruise magic. 🚢 6:00 PM – Watched the first Broadway-style show, Disney Seas the Adventure—such a fun way to start the cruise! 🎭✨ 🚢 8:15 PM – Dinner at Arendelle—and wow. One of my favorite Disney character dining experiences ever! The live entertainment? So fun. The food? Incredible. The vibes? Impeccable. 🚢 10:00 PM – Time to call it a night because tomorrow?
