#ad No bake cheesecake pots 🫶🏻 the yummiest sweet treat that’s high in protein & naturally sweetened from the berries! Ingredients: 1 cup yoghurt (250g) 1/4 cup light cream cheese (60g) 2 tbs vanilla protein, optional (20g) 1/2 tbs sweetener, optional 1 tsp lemon juice & zest, to taste 1-2 lotus biscuits & berries, to serve Jam: 1 cup fresh Australian Berries (250g) 1 tbs chia seeds 1/2 tbs sweetener (maple syrup or stevia) 1 tsp lemon juice Method: 1. Prepare the jam: add berries, sweetener and lemon juice to a saucepan or microwave safe bowl and heat until softened. Roughly mash with a fork then stir in the chia seeds and set aside to cool/thicken. 2. For the cheesecake: whisk all the ingredients (except biscuits) together until smooth. 3. Assemble: place 2-3 tbs jam in the base of each jar, top with the cheesecake mixture and place in the fridge for minimum 1 hour to set. 4. My go to Ninja Creami base recipe that tastes like a maccas soft serve Ingredients: 1 cup milk 20-30g protein powder (@Macro Mike - Clean Treats dc: amb-miranda) 1/3 cup yoghurt (I use @yoproau) (80g) 1 tbs stevia + mix ins Method: 1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender or using a mix frother. 2. Pour into the creami pint and freeze for minimum of 12 hours. 3. Mix on lite ice cream then add an extra tbs of yoghurt and mix on re-spin. 4. Add toppings, spin on mix ins & enjoy! Ingredients: 2 slices sourdough 2 eggs 1/3 avocado (70g) 1-2 tbs cream cheese / Greek yoghurt / cottage cheese / mayo (20g) 1-2 tsp lemon juice Salt, pepper & chilli flakes Method: 1. Boil the eggs in a saucepan of water or air-fryer (I did 8 mins at 200 degrees). 2. Peel the boiled eggs and place in a bowl with the avocado, cream cheese and lemon juice. Mash it together with a fork & season to taste. 3. Toast the bread and top with egg mixture.
