While the Red Sea salt water is helping Hana‘s TSW (topical steroid withdrawal) it’s causing swelling in her lips and feet .The red Sea is one of the saltiest bodies of water in the world. Cajun Rice Dressing Olive oil 1 Diced bell pepper & onion 1lb ground beef ( I used sirloin) 1 tbs minced garlic Season to taste with, Salt Pepper Garlic powder Turmeric Kfred ( Cajun seasoning) 1/2 cup chicken broth One can cream of mushroom One can cream of celery 3 cups cooked rice Fresh parsley Sauté bell pepper and onion for 8 to 10 minutes then add in ground beef and brown. Add in garlic and cook for another minute. Add in spices, chicken broth and soups mix well and simmer for 5 minutes then add in cooked rice. Top with fresh parsley.
