what i eat for suhoor 🤍 i meal prepped hummus, foul, yogurt balls (got from a store) , olives, kefir shake with @Bloom Nutrition mango greens, eggs & pita bread.
pistachio date protein bars 🪴 Ingredients: - About a handful of dates (pitted) , blended into a slushy consistency = 1 cup - 3/4c of pistachios chopped - 1/3c peanut butter - 1 scoop of @Bloom Nutrition vanilla whey protein powder - 1/2c of pure maple syrup - Couple squirts of honey - 1 cup of chocolate chips - 1 tbsp coconut oil - 1 cup of granola How to 1. start off by crushing your pistachios 2. Add your dates to a blender until you get a thick consistency, make sure you remove the pit from the dates and add water if it’s not mixing well 3. Add dates to a bowl, add in vanilla whey protein powder, pistachios, peanut butter, maple syrup and honey 4. Mix 5. Add in your granola and 1/4 of the chocolate chips. Set aside the remainder of the chocolate chips 6. Add parchment paper to an 8x8 pan with parchment paper 7. Mix your coconut oil (make sure it’s solid) with the remaining chocolate chips - microwave for 15 seconds and stir, pop it back in for another 15 seconds, stir, and repeat this process until the chocolate is completely melted 8. Add the melted chocolate evenly onto the granola bars 9. Pop in the fridge overnight until the bars have hardened, don’t take out too soon otherwise they’ll be sticky Hope you enjoy🤍🤍 #bloompartner
