I spent 4 days in Istanbul 🇹🇷 with @efultimatebreak and I had the time of my life surrounded by friendly cats everywhere we went. Did you know that several hundred thousand cats call Istanbul home? They assist with keeping the rodent population down and are well cared for and respected by the locals. I was shocked at how friendly and approachable they were and it was incredible to see them sitting in windows, on bikes, wandering the bazzars, and navigating the busy streets. I have so much more to share about my experience here, so stay tuned for the rest of my Istanbul City Experience with EF Ultimate Break 🙌🏻 🐾 You can use code SARA100 to get $100 off your first trip with @EF Ultimate Break #EfUltimateBreak #ThisisUltimate #IstanbulCity #BeautifulDestinations #VisitTurkiye #EFUltimateBreakPartner #europetravel #traveltheworld

🫶🏻 During a 4 day trip to Istanbul,Türkiye with @EF Ultimate Break we got to see so much of a city rich in culture and history. To stand in a building that is over 1,500 years old is a surreal experience and I am forever in awe of old architecture and experiencing different cultures. What was so special about this trip is that our guide is from the country and could give us a locals perspective on life, history, and language in Türkiye. I am so grateful for this trip and for @efultimatebreak for putting together such an incredible and life changing trip. Clearly, @Nikki Tomlin and I are mesmerized and ready to go on another.. How I turned my car into a home for less than $500 *save for future reference* 3 years ago I packed up all my things, turned my car into a home and hit the road. I knew I would not be able to afford a fancy fan or crazy set up/build, so I took the resources and knowledge I had and used what I already owned to start my “van-life” journey. Here is what I bought to turn my car into a home: *everything is linked on my profile, the prices in the video are the current market prices of the products* - Cube Organizer with 8 cubes (it JUST fit the back of my car) - Cubes storage for the organizer shelves - Battery powered lights - Window covers: I made my own out of fabric and velcro- but I would no longer recommend this because the sticky side of the velcro got permanently stuck to the windows - Mattress: I used an old Ikea foam mattress and I tore it apart and cut it to fit the back of my car. I linked one in my ASF that I believe is the most comparable, and is less expensive. *Be careful when cutting open foam mattresses, as some can contain fiberglass. The one I linked in my bio does not contain fiberglass* - Portable fan for warm nights - Portable stove - Portable camping shower - Window reflector shade for windshield - Carbon Monoxide Detector (MUST HAVE) - Net ceiling storage Total: $437 ! In order to have power on the road, I used a Jackery 1000 (not included in this price or video). Everything I mentioned and more is all in my “Car camping list” in my b i o. I also added some other important items such as: Heated Blanket, Lantern, camping meals, portable sink, jumper cables, dashboard phone holder, toaster, toiletries/shower bag, and microfiber camping towels. If you have any questions, let me know in the comments or send me a dm on ig . . #vanlifediaries #vanlifer #lifeontheroad #vanconversion

One of my favorite things about traveling is the feeling of seeing the new destination from the plane window as the plane breaks through the clouds. There is so much excitement and anticipation for all the memories you will make. I recently went on a 4 day trip to Istanbul on a full city tour with a group of strangers with @EF Ultimate Break and it was one of the most exciting and fun international trips I have been on. Group travel is such an underrated travel method and I think everyone should go on a group trip with strangers in their lifetime. It is incredible how quickly everyone goes from strangers to friends and then friends to family. Experiencing such beautiful moments really bonds you with the people you are with and that was definitely the case for this trip. If you are looking for the adventure of a lifetime, check out @efultimatebreak ‘s group trips for 18-35 year olds, around the world and in epic places. One thing I’ll never understand is how people come to Europe and only visit congested cities when there is so much natural beauty here! Last summer I did a train trip around Europe focusing on visiting remote locations and I barley scratched the surface of all the natural and wild places in the continent. I can’t wait to see what else is out there next summer. . . . #traveldestinations #europetravel #europetrip #travelvlog #travelblogger #solofemaletravel #beautifuldestinations #outdooradventure #adventure #neverstopexploring #underratedplaces#Outdoors #europe #traveltheworld

The past 4 months for me have been extremely transformative. I have not really been posting on Tiktok much for this reason. I feel like sometimes we enter phases of our life that force us to take a step back and see everything for exactly what it is. At least that is what happened to me 4 months ago. I have been a full time content creator now for over 2 years and to be completely honest, it has been very difficult for me to maintain. I feel like I have worked and worked and worked, but something is just not clicking. I like to take situations like this as a sign that maybe I am just meant to do something else. I do not know what that is, but I am trying every day to figure that out. I have focused on my mental and physical health and I already see results, which has been extremely rewarding. I feel more confident, more capable, and overall I feel lighter. I realized that having a routine is the best thing I can do for myself to be on track to become the best version of me. A version of me that is productive, happy, and healthy. I have tried to conform to an algorithm on both TikTok and Instagram for 3 years now and I am exhausted from it. When I first started posting, it was fun and I felt like being myself was enough and it was rewarding to see people respond positively to me and my work. These days it feels like a never ending battle to keep up with the latest trends, styles, and for brand deals and I have sacrificed my own creativity to be able to grow and ultimately, monetize my platform so I can afford to pay bills and live. From this point further, my niche is me, my life, and what currently inspires me. This could range from Travel, Outdoors, Europe, Van-life, Fitness, Mental Health, Coffee, Animals, Daily inspiration, Social Media Management, Social Media Growth, Expat life, and more. If you have made it this far, thank you for reading. I am going to be more active on here again, but for me, and to share what truly makes me happy. See you soon xx

Is this the most beautiful island in the world? Madeira had been on my list for so many years, and I’m so grateful to have finally visited this spectacular island this summer. Although the roads were terrifying to drive, it is one of my favorite places in the world. From the cliffs, to the waterfalls, sunsets, black sand beaches, and insane rock structures, Madeira is one of a kind. . . . #travelblogger #traveltheworld #shetravels #traveldestinations #beautifuldestinations #outdooradventure #Outdoors #solofemaletraveler #Hiking #adventurelovers #naturelovers #budgettravel #madeira

For the past 3 years, I have gotten the question “how do you travel so much” almost every single day. I find this question really hard to answer, because I think every single person I know that travels full time has a different story and a different reason. I don’t just “travel a lot”.. but rather I spent years setting up my lifestyle to revolve completely around traveling by being nomadic. I’ve found ways to make this life work for me through lots of trial and error. I’ve slept in tents, lived out of a vehicle, showered in gyms, slept in parking lots, slept in rooms with strangers, fit my life into a backpack, slept on buses, ate only yogurts and bananas for my meals, volunteered on farms and hostels for a free place to stay, spent hours and days researching different methods of budget travel, hitchhiked, spent years building an online social media presence, quit my job with little savings to start a business, and essentially left my family and friends (who I only see 1-2 times a year) at age 18 to peruse my dreams. I travel full time because I made sacrifices that work for me, because my passion is to see the world and be outdoors. If you’d like to learn more, I created a story highlight on my ig profile titled “$” where you can watch some of my recent videos explaining different methods of budget travel, as well as how I currently make an income. Let me know if you have any questions :) . . . #travelblogger #traveltheworld #shetravels #traveldestinations #beautifuldestinations #outdooradventure #Outdoors #solofemaletraveler #Hiking #adventurelovers #naturelovers #budgettravel

Instagram vs reality 🫢 The largest bug bite I’ve ever had (in Greece), Covid multiple times, stomach illnesses, disgusting accommodations (example: the moldy pillow in Hawaii), flat tire in Iceland, annoying large bugs in Hawaii and Nicaragua, photo and video fails like falling off my sand board in Peru or getting pooped on by birds in Turkey 😂 or the puking cat during a photoshoot, overheating on a 10 hour train in Sweden, the crab taking the razor hostage in Nicaragua, and so much more 😂 it has been such a wild ride so far in various places around the world. Also the way I was violently sweating in my fancy red shirt 🫢 Not to mention the sleepless nights, 8 hour border controls, disgusting trains and buses, no seats available on a train so having to sit on the floor, lost luggage, loud snorers in hostel rooms, cancelled flights, and the list goes on. This life is not glamorous but I would not trade it for anything 🫶🏻 Originally by: @Lexie Limitless . . #travelblogger #traveltheworld #shetravels #traveldestinations #beautifuldestinations #outdooradventure #Outdoors #solofemaletraveler #Hiking #adventurelovers #naturelovers #budgettravel

This hike in Portugal is by far one of my favorite hikes I’ve ever done. We started this hike at 5:30am (in the dark) and we knew along the way there would be “drop offs” but we didn’t know when since it was pitch black. This was such a unique experience, and when the sun came up we finally got to see where we were walking in the dark 🤯 Im glad Im not afraid of heights because we sure were high up! 📍Pico Do Arieiro, Madeira Portugal 🇵🇹 . . #traveltheworld #beautifuldestinations #solofemaletravel #madeiraportugal

Since I was a child I always had big dreams. I grew up in a small town and I spent hours of each day dreaming of other places that I knew were out there. I would print out photos from the internet and pin them to my wall, hoping one day I would be able to see them with my own eyes. I would make Pinterest boards and photo albums with photos that represented my “dream life”. So I think from a young age, I always knew this was the only life I was meant to live and as I got older and life decision had to be made.. I never stopped listening to myself and making the choices that I knew were going to get me where I wanted to be. I’m so grateful for myself, my resilience, my passion, and the for where I am today and the experiences I have had 🫶🏻 . . #traveltheworld #shetravels #beautifuldestinations #solofemaletraveler #solofemaletravel

Let’s talk about seasonal work! (Save this post for future reference) 🌲 Seasonal work is temporary employment that typically is anywhere from 3 months to one year long. Seasonal work is ideal for someone that wants a more flexible lifestyle and to move around often. There is a huge community of seasonal workers in National Parks due to the fact that the parks are not always operating year round. Many companies will provide seasonal workers with housing, since their workplace is often so remote, that nobody would be willing to commute to work everyday otherwise. Having housing included or discounted into your work contract is a great way to save money during a season. I briefly worked a summer season in Alaska in 2020, and I have also worked in Yosemite National Park and Mount Rainier National Park. All of these places provided me and the other employees with housing. The least expensive housing was in Yosemite, which was $82 a month. Seasonal jobs in hospitality include: Cashier, Barista, Server, Receptionist, cook, housekeeper, etc. How to find seasonal work? Websites like CoolWorks.com and Vagajobs.com are great resources to finding seasonal jobs. Have you worked a seasonal job? Would you? 🌲 . . #seasonalwork #nationalparks #nature #nationalpark #Hiking #findyourpark #roadtrip #nationalparkgeek #adventurelovers #naturephotography #nationalparkservice #Outdoors #exploremore #seasonaljob #seasonalwork #travelphotography #nps #wanderlust #mountains #landscapephotography #optoutside #utah #california #naturelovers #wildlife #alaska

I am currently in Southern Greenland with @Visit_SouthGreenland 🇬🇱 I am having such an amazing time here and it’s been incredible to experience life in Southern Greenland. We were on a boat tour in Qooroq Fjord and we came across a giant Iceberg. I decided to fly my drone above it and the view had me jumping up and down on the boat! I was so excited to see such a magnificent view point and see the part of the Iceberg that we couldn’t see from the boat (underwater). This is your sign to add Southern Greenland to your list😍🇬🇱 @VisitGreenland . . . #VisitGreenland #traveldestinations #europetravel #europetrip #travelvlog #travelblogger #solofemaletravel #beautifuldestinations #outdooradventure #adventureblogger #adventuremore #neverstopexploring #underratedplaces #adventureblogger
