Slow Cooker Beef Ragu Pasta 👨‍🍳 This was absolutely incredible, makes 4 portions too so perfect for meal prep and just as nice cold! Remember for all my favourite low calories high protein meal ideas in one place check out my bundle deal 🔗 INGREDIENTS 400g Diced Beef 1 White Onion 2tbsp. Garlic Puree 4tsp. Chilli Flakes 2 Tin Chopped Tomatoes 2tsp Italian Herbs 2 Beef Stock Cube 320g Dry Pasta 80g Reduced Fat Cheese 1. Add the beef to the slow cooker pot and season with some salt and pepper. 2. Add the onion, garlic, chilli pepper, chopped tomatoes, Italian herbs and beef stock cubes. 3. Cover with a lid and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Note: the longer you cook it the more tender the meat will be! 4. 30 minutes before serving: add the pasta to the slow cooker with 200ml water. Stir well until the pasta is fully submerged in the sauce and cover with a lid for 30mins to cook. 5. Once the pasta is cooked through, sprinkle some low fat cheese on top and divide into four servings. MACROS PER SERVING: 547kcals – 41g Protein / 65g Carbs / 9g Fat Enjoy 🤝

How To Meet Your Protein Goal 👨‍🏫 The best foods for protein to calories ratio 👇 - 0% fat greek yogurt - whey protein - egg whites - eggs - chicken breast - 5% lean mince - turkey burgers - bacon medallions - veggie / vegan alternatives Read the labels and look for at least 10G protein per 100 calories in order to eat it purely for protein Things like nuts, peanut butter and similar items are great sources of healthy fat and you should eat them but just don’t rely on them for protein 🙌

I consumed over 6000 calories yesterday 😅 You might think this is madness since I teach nutrition to people for my full time job But as humans we all have days that are less than optimal It was Mother’s Day, I was chilling with my family eating lots of food and binge watching series on Netflix I perfect day if you ask me Zero guilt or regret now because I understand that doing this occasionally won’t ruin anything Even your favourite influencers that constantly demonise foods have days like this, trust me What you need to understand is there’s 7700 calories in 1KG of fat That’s how much you’d have to eat above your maintenance to gain 1KG So next time you go a few hundred or in my case a few thousand over Just go straight back to normal and you’ll be sweet! It happens to us all, stop stressing 🤝
