34 weeks pregnant and already feeling the ache and exhaustion this time around (much earlier than the first!). Updates👇🏻 Ps: Did you know all of these add up to some of your overall weight gain? Some updates at 34 weeks! 👉🏻baby girl is still not head down (lately loves transverse!). Midwife said with it not being my first, we’ve got some extra weeks - but still obviously don’t love hearing that! beginning to be extra cautious with my daily positioning, stretching, and will see my chiropractor for Webster technique again soon! 👉🏻starting allll the labor and homebirth prep - especially that red raspberry leaf tea right now. I have blog posts for all of that from what I do in 3rd tri to prep, to my birth plan I wrote up last time around! 👉🏻nursery is definitely not done yet - we shall get there eventually 🤪 👉🏻being in your last weeks of pregnancy during the holidays when you’ve got so much going on with that + baby prep + running a business — not the most relaxing 😅 trying to balance it all. 👉🏻iron was lower last check, so eating all the iron rich foods + taking Thorne’s iron too! (10% off link in bio). Also prioritizing lots of good protein, omega 3’s and hydration! 👉🏻made a free pregnancy meal plan for any of my newly pregnant ladies that want some good starting tips! See bio! 👉🏻oooo the heartburn. But WOW how diluted peppermint (or I just use our tummygize roller!) on chest and neck help SO MUCH. 👉🏻it’s about this time in pregnancy I start to reallly have to guard my heart and mind and force out any fears/anxieties over labor and birth — even though I had a great homebirth as a first time mom! Our mind does crazy things 👉🏻talking about crazy — these pregnancy dreams get crazier and crazier Hmmm, probably forgetting a lot but that’s it for now! Crazy to think we’re so close to meeting baby girl and having our family grow 🥲💕
