Here’s what you’ll need: -600g Chicken Breast Season with: - 1tsp Salt - 1tsp Black Pepper - 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning - 1 tbsp Mixed herbs - 1tsp Chilli Flakes - 1 tbsp Fresh minced garlic - Cook the chicken on a high heat for 1/2 mins then cover with a lid and continue cooking for 5/6 mins on a medium/ low heat with some olive oil, in the same pan add in: Pasta Sauce: - 5tbsp's Olive Oil - 3 Bell Peppers - 2 Red Onions - 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes - 300ml Double Cream - 250/300g Penne Pasta - Desired amount of cheddar cheese For an extra kick to the sauce add in: - 1tsp Paprika - 1tsp Chilli Flakes - 1tsp Black Pepper
