Lil health rant and an honest look at where we’re at right now. Please don’t ever take your health for granted none of us are immune to sickness and it can happen at any age at any time. I’m absolutely trusting the Lord with this and know His plans will come forward and they will be good. However I am human and it can be very frustrating dealing with uncertainty and health conditions 🥹 rant over, xo

I’ll never forget my first workout after my accident.. It took one month to get cleared for exercise after my amputation and while my arm was still in a huge bandage I headed through those gym doors with a huge smile on my face. No the road since then hasn’t always been smooth and it’s constantly a process of adaption and prosthetic adjustment but i never again took advantage of the ability to move my body and strength train. Fitness is so much more than just physical. Its mental strength, mental clarity, self care and the place daily where you build discipline and resilience. Today and everday, I train! No matter what the circumstances. #workout #motivation #amputee
