Sorry Alex, I couldn’t get myself to drink the egg whites, but I did this instead. 100g of protein in 1 carton of egg whites is a protein cheat code. I call this the chocolate gains cloud. All you gotta do is put the sugar free chocolate in the egg white carton and shake it up like a protein shake. Then place as much as you can in a bowl that you can place in the air fryer. Air fry for 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees and boom🔥
