BERRY + BRIE PASTRY 🤤🫐 I’ve been wanting to try this combo and let me tell youuuu it did not disappoint! It was so yummy, super creamy and very easy to make. Would make a great appetizer for brunch! If you aren’t into blueberries this would still be amazing with blackberries + raspberries. Super yummy! Ingredients 🫐1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed 🫐1 wheel of brie cheese 🫐mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries) 🫐1 egg (for egg wash) 🫐1 tablespoon of water (for egg wash) 🫐Honey for drizzling 🫐Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional) Instructions 🫐Preheat oven to 375°F 🫐Line a baking dish with parchment paper 🫐Place the puff pastry on top of parchment paper 🫐Place the wheel of brie in the center of the puff pastry 🫐If your brie has a rind and you prefer a milder taste, you can trim the top rind off 🫐Sprinkle mixed berries on top of the brie 🫐Fold the corners of the puff pastry over the brie, wrapping it completely. 🫐In a small bowl, beat the egg with 1 tablespoon of water. Brush this egg wash over the puff pastry. 🫐Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and puffed up. 🫐Once you've removed the baked brie from the oven, let it sit for about 5 minutes. Then drizzle generously with honey. 🫐Garnish with rosemary 🫐ENJOY! #EasyRecipe #recipereel

This space has never looked so complete! 😍 Gave our living room a quick little makeover and changed the layout up a bit with the accent chairs and I’m just so happy with it! @Julia Marcum sent over one of their new rugs from their latest collab with Loloi and it really is the perfect fit for our living room! Oooo these antique finds are sooo good!! Antique lamps are hard to come across and the one I found is super pretty!
