I wish i could wear socks with the split-soles because they get SO stinky. 😭💔 So i have been wearing ballet shoes. But I prefer to teach in dance sneakers if i am teaching for multiple hours. I like that i can articulate through my foot to demonstrate for the students. These split-soles make long teaching ngihts feel much easier.
