If you’re into really delicious food served by the seaside you’ve got to go to Ca’S Patro March and here’s what you need to know before you go: ☀️ WHAT’S THE VIBE?: Ca’s Patró March is a gorgeous waterfront restaurant nestled on the cliffs next to the beautiful Cala Deià (beach) on the island of Mallorca in Spain. It’s a popular spot for both locals and tourists which totally makes sense with those gorgeous views. 🏖️ HOW TO GET THERE: You can arrive by car, there’s parking nearby and then it’s just a short walk to the restaurant. Alternatively, and arguably this is a more scenic experience, you can arrive by boat and climb the stone steps from the beach up to the restaurant. 🦞 FOOD AND AMBIANCE: The vibe here is so relaxed and pretty much what you see if what you get and it is absolutely amazing. The menu here pretty much focuses on fresh local seafood caught in the Mediterranean so you can expect lots of grilled fish, prawns, lobster, and other local specialties. 🏝️ GETTING A TABLE: Ca’s Patró March is open for lunch and dinner, but it’s recommended to book in advance, especially during peak season. It can be hard to get a reservation though so if you’re struggling, just go early and try your luck. We did that and got seated in less than 10 minutes. Quick tip - when you’re taking the Caledonian Sleeper train up to the Highlands, make sure you wake up as soon as the sun rises for those incredible views of the Highlands. Our train wasn’t due to get in to Fort William till 10am so we had no plans to get up earlier until the conductor mentioned it so we got up around 6ish AM for the views and it was so worth it. It’s so gorgeous. If you have any questions at all about the route we took, logistics or anything, let us know. 😁
