Gym Pet Peeves!! 🚨PAY ATTENTION🚨 Remember that the Gym is still a Public place, so Please Respect the Equipment & the PEOPLE! ✅ DO’S & DON’TS ❌ 1.) ✅ Re-Rack Your Weights 2.) ❌ Don’t sit on your phone for too long (Please be Time considerate) 3.) ❌Yelling too excessively (Grunting/Yelling to an extent is understandable, given that your pushing yourself in the gym. But screaming for No reason is just too much) 4.) ✅Recording Yourself & Others is Ok! (As long as your respectful & you make them aware of what you’re doing. And if they don’t want to be recorded then respect their boundaries and move on. REMEMBER The Workout is the priority! NOT your Video) 5.) ✅ Wipe Down Your Equipment (Especially if it’s really sweaty) 6.) ✅The Gym should be a safe space for both Men & Women who don’t have to feel like they’re being Stared at the whole time in the gym. ❌ Don’t Be a Creep 7.) ✅Re-Rack your weight’s in the CORRECT SPOT! 8.) ✅ You can use any Equipment/Machine you need for your specific Exercise.
