Once water is boiling, add in pasta and cook according to box instructions—Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and set aside. l've been making these wellness bombs on repeat year round - especially through cold & flu season. these wellness bombs are also great for dealing with inflammation and aiding with digestion & I'm making a huge batch of these for once we have the baby! find the recipe below, enjoy xx Wellness Bombs Makes 20 cubes 2 tsp turmeric 2 tsp black pepper 2 lemons, peels removed 3 stalks celery, chopped 1 top honey 1/2 tsp chia seeds (per cube) 1/2 cup fresh ginger, chopped 11/2 cup water or coconut water Directions 1. Wash ginger and chop. Remove peels from lemon. Add ginger and lemon to blender with chopped celery, water, honey, turmeric and black pepper. Blend until smooth. 2. Strain mixture through a strainer or cheese cloth. Save the pulp for future recipes. Divide juice (I used 1/4 cup) per ice cube. Repeat until each cube is filled. 3. Add in 1/2 tsp of chia seeds per cube and mix with a small spoon. Cover and add trays to freezer for min. 3 hours. 4.
