Over the last year or so I’ve been collecting, drinking, reading about, and exploring all things wine. It (quite literally) pairs beautifully with my career and passion of cooking, and has been an outlet to become a student again. I signed myself up for a 6 week wine class at @Institute Of CulinaryEducation to learn about it in an academic setting. My main takeaway from this first class: I am really motivated and interested in studying to one day become a sommelier.
