For her birthday she didn’t want a new jeep, she just wanted this jeep fixed up, so I got to work! She picked all the colors and I added the lights, stickers, and of course upgraded the batteries so she can drive it as long as she wants (which lately has been all evening long). At this point my daughter’s jeep is now nicer than my truck, and I’m not even mad about it. If you’re interested in the tires and motors I used I’ll set up a link and put it in my bio. I’m pretty impressed with the motors especially for the price, and the tires are just cheap bike tires but work pretty dang good and also help make the ride a bit more smooth and quiet. I don’t know if this is “dream worthy”, but I think it’s a whole lot better! I honestly have never done wainscoting on a wall before, but I really like how it added dimension to a relatively plain room. This is the one room in the house that my wife and I both escape to when we need to focus or get work done, and it was time for a facelift. I got the cabinets and desk online and couldn’t figure out why they were so reasonably priced, until they showed up in two flat boxes and had over 100 pieces to assemble. But hey, it was worth it to save the money in my opinion. Would you rather pay more for preassembled furniture, or save money and put it together yourself? (And yes I did this about 6 months ago, as you can see from my non pregnant wife at the time) #renovation #DIY #office

How to hook up, drive with, and back up a trailer. But let’s be honest, they just wanted a place to put their bikes, boats, toys and dolls. So I got this broke down PowerWheel with blown motors that was missing a ton of parts for just about free and figured the trailer would look awesome with matching wheels. Then a sheet of plywood, a few reflectors, and spare parts I had in my garage and there we go. Shoutout to @Trevor for inspiring the idea, go check the trailer he made! Chess taught me the patience, planning, and persistence that I needed as a hyper kid and I absolutely fell in love with it. I got this used fridge a couple months ago for $20 and was so excited to use it, then I realized it was the perfect size for the kids to reach in and grab stuff. So I launched operation "fruit fridge". Packing the fridge full of all the girls favorite fruits. I want to start by saying thank you. Thank you to everyone who watches my content that provides the opportunities to do stuff like this. It wouldn’t be possible without all of you. So thank you for helping being part of this makeover! This school is over 100 years old and it was my honor to get the opportunity to bring a little life back into this court. I talked to a friend of mine who went to this school over 15 years ago and he told me those courts looked the same when he went there and he’d never seen a kid play on them before. So I think it’s safe to say they were ready for a revamp. Shoutout to the principles and office staff for letting me do this and I can’t wait to hear about the future use this court will get! Stay tuned as I’m already in the process of a few more schools! Side note, my kids love when I’m doing these schools because there are always new playgrounds for them to play on while I do it!
