Stairmaster: 15-17 mins on level 7 Hip thrust machine: I do 70 pounds on each side so 140 altogether plus bar 5x10-12 Hip Abduction: 140 pounds 5x15 Seated leg curl: 80 pounds 5x12 Seated leg press: 100 pounds 5x10
