looking so forward to all the days ahead! one of the most challenging parts is how time consuming it can be, especially for me having to leave the kids for 2 hours out of the day when I wasn’t used to that at all. But I know it’s for good reason! I feel so good, it’s only day 4 & I can see the mental change. mentally I just feel so proud and happy. I’ve always struggled with self discipline and could never get myself to workout/stick to a diet. I’m so sick of always feeling shitty and mad at myself, waiting for something to miraculously change without putting in the work. I’m ready and excited to put in the work. Day 18 👏🏼 @Kyleahxeileen It’s felt so good to be so active and focused on my diet, I’ve never felt better than I do now!! I’m currently in a caloric deficit with my calories set at 1,450 a day. It was very difficult the first week but now that my body has adjusted it’s been much easier! Pants from @LocalsOnlyLA #75hard
