Last week when I was riding down Dundas W during rush hour ( well into the rush hour. Begins at 3:30pm and it was past 4pm when I issued the ticket)…Called for a tow truck and stayed in the vicinity of the vehicle considering it had its hazards flashing and no one was occupying the car, it was a good guess a driver would return, which they did. Although they didn’t face towing fees and impound charges, they received $150 fine and inconvenienced a large amount of vehicles as pictured in the video. On a positive note, I met a follower ! Unoccupied vehicle parked in the Bloor St. W #BikeTo lane last friday. Not like there isn’t physical curb separation, mutilpe no stopping sings and a big bike lane sign.
