Establish a solid eating strategy I like the 3x3 method and have seen solid success with many clients over the years and myself. 3 meals and 3 snacks max, each meal fits on a plate, each snack fits in your hand Each plate, half is veg, 1/4 protein and the rest whatever you want Each snack fits in your hand, 1 fruit, 1 protein and 1 whatever 2 x 2 (skipping breakfast) would make it easier to adhere to lower calories more easily in my opinion 2. STEPS! Steps are honestly key to long term fat loss. Low barrier to entry and guaranteed to make you feel better. Track steps on your phone or watch and keep increasing! 3. Learn to cook This is HUGE. Learning to cook food you love, with wholefoods are the best way ti keep us full, energised and adherant to our diet! Lift weights or bodyweight - but push yourself and build muscle.
