My hair has found it’s HERO! 💅🏽 AD Percy and Reed is my new hair obsession, the winter has not been kind to my hair and recovering from bleach damage requires products that provide your hair with deep hydration & moisture. I have been using these P&R products to bring my hair back to life. This is the first and only shampoo I have ever used that does not leave my hair craving a condition or oil/serum after. My hair is usually so dry after shampooing and I have to use a huge amount of conditioner to soften it, this shampoo formula leaves my hair so silky, I don’t even need conditioner, I apply a pea sized amount of the P&R condition to the ends of my hair. Applying the hair oil while my hair is damp locks in that hydration but the real hero is the wonder balm. A formula unlike anything I have used before. It gives my hair the perfect foundation for styling and eliminating frizz entirely. Even if it rains or is super humid. here’s what my one last try consisted of:👇🏼 ✨Focused more on scalp health than hair health… healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp ✨ Weekly hair and scalp detox to remove all product buildup from the week that was causing my ends to be dry & my scalp to be oily & flaky (the products I use for this are linked in my Amazon storefront - link in bio) ✨Started eating more protein (hair is made of protein) ✨Cut down on how much heat I was using on my hair & switched over to heatless hairstyles 90% of the time (my fav silk curling ribbon I use every night is linked in my Amazon storefront - link in bio) ✨Weekly hair + scalp oil masks applied correctly & with the right blend of oils that helped my hair grow 8+ inches, decreased my hair thinning, & made my hair so much stronger and healthier. This is probably the thing that transformed my hair the most (the exact oil mask I used every single week to get those results is linked in my bio) ✨Started “dusting” the damaged parts of my hair/split ends to repair & remove damage without losing any length or chopping all my hair off at once ✨Focused on breakage & damage prevention… for example: started sleeping with a silk bonnet, using a silk pillowcase, stopped doing damaging hairstyles (ex: tight buns), stopped brushing hair right out of the shower when it’s wet, stopped using cotton towels to dry my hair, etc (all products mentioned linked in Amazon storefront) ✨Daily scalp massages done the right way to stimulate hair follicles & hair growth ✨Found a weekly hair routine that was actually working & stayed CONSISTENT with that routine over time doing a few things every day that were slowly but strongly transforming my hair .
