Also, mushroom bourekas are the elite brunch pastry and you have to try them. 👇🏻RECIPE👇🏻 1kg diced mushroom 2 onions diced 30g Butter Dried thyme Salt and pepper to taste Phyllo pastry Olive oil for frying Saute the mushrooms, onions and seasoning in a pan until caramelized. It takes about 20 minutes and the mixture will look black. Spread our the pastry one sheet at a time. Brush with melted butter and fold in half lengthways. Place abour 1-2 tablespoons of the micture at one end, brush with butter and fold into triangles. RECIPE👇🏻 INGREDIENTS * 125g butter softened * 1/2 cup white sugar * 2 teaspoons vanilla extract * 1 egg * 1 1/2 cups self raising flour * 3 tablespoons Milo * Pinch salt * ¾ cup chocolate chips * Beat the softened butter with sugar until creamy. Whisk in vanilla and egg.
 * Add the flour, milo and salt, mixing until combined.
 * Add the chocolate chips. 
 * Scoop into balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.

Cheesy garlic scrolls are my current hyperfixation. RECIPE👇🏻 Ingredients for the dough: - 160ml warm water - 1/2 packet of instant yeast - 1 tspn sugar - 1 TB olive oil - good pinch of salt - 1 3/4 cups flour Filling: Melted butter Minced garlic Salt Italian dried herb mix Shredded cheese Activate the yeast in the warn water with sugar. Leave for 5 minutes until bubbly. Add the reminder of the dough ingredients and knead for 5 minutes. I gave mine to my toddler to knead for me. It wad a great activity! Roll out on to floured surface. Brush with melted butter and minced garlic. Sprinkle your seasonings of choice and shredded cheese. Roll into a log and cut into slices. My toddler claims to hate pumpkin but absolutely inhales this sauce every time! I had a quarter leftover pumpkin from the lasgna i made the other night so i saved just for this. 1/4 pumpkin diced and marinated in olive oil salt, pepper, garlic powder and nutmeg. Roasted unfil soft. Saute 1 grated onion and add pumpkin. Puree by hand or with stick mixer. Add 1-2 tablespoons of tomato paste and 1 cup of milk or cream. Add 1 teaspoon minced garlic, plus salt and pepper. Simmer for 5ish minutes. Add 2 hesped tabelspoons of greek yogurt. Add cooked pasta of any kind.
