If you are curling over your baby or arching your back you are throwing off the force and pushing is less effective. This leads to longer labor and pushing stage!! . ✅Stack your diaphragm over your pelvic floor and sit into it towards the extreme rectal pressure creating greater force. Rotate your knees closer together and ankles out no matter your body position!!
