Carefully fold into a half moon and drizzle the remaining olive on the top of the pizza dough facing up. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and puffed, 10-12 minutes. Bake until very crisp and crackly on the outside, 80-90 minutes. When the potatoes are done cooking, immediately season them with salt and pepper and add the shredded cheese on top. Because of the heat of the potatoes, the cheese will start to melt on the potatoes but the potatoes will continue to stay crisp as they cool. Sprinkle chives on top right before serving.

Hoy visitamos Chicken Box Studio para ver parte del trabajo visual que hay en un restaurante 😍: desde la creación de sus cartas 🎴, fotos para redes 📸 o hasta la web. 👉🏼 El proyecto lo lideran Anna y Luis, dos amigos que hace 12 años deciden emprender un viaje creativo juntos, han ido creciendo y ahora tienen su equipo. Se adaptan a las necesidades de cada cliente creando y desarrollando marca, el tema de la ilustración la hacen de 10, diseñan webs, llevan redes, crean material audiovisual (fotos, vídeos…), incluso asesoran 👌🏻. Me pareció guay sacarlo en mi perfil por dos motivos: 1. Para que la gente vea el trabajazo que hay detrás de casa cosa que vemos en un restaurante: fotos, cartas (hay algunas muy trabajadas que se entienden a la perfección), cuando entramos en su página para echar un vistazo y reservar… nada se crea en 2 segundos y todo debe tener una coherencia. 2. Everything is evenly chopped and the flavor is so well distributed without nothing falling out of the sandwich! #sogood #choppedsandwich INGREDIENTS 4 romaine lettuce leaves 4 ounces smoked salmon ¼ red onion 4 sprigs fresh dill 1 tablespoon capers Zest and juice of 1 lemon 2 tablespoons cream cheese 2 bagels, for serving 1 tablespoon butter, optional INSTRUCTIONS 1. Place all the ingredients except of the bagel and butter on a cutting board. Use a large sharp knife to evenly chop everything together until evenly chopped. 2. Toast the bagels, add butter on both sides if using and divide the smoked salmon mixture between the two bagels. Cut in half and enjoy immediately.

Agua de jamaica 🥑 Comenzamos picando con su guacamole con manzana verde. La manzana le da ese toque fresco. Te va a encantar. 🦪 La ostra que más nos gustó fue la de maracuyá y habanero tatemado (4,50€). Ricura pura. 🔥 Mi plato favorito fue ese cóctel de gambas 🦐 tan rico. Le agregan pico de gallo, aguacate y salsa de tomate acompañado con galletas saladas. Cuesta 22€ y es perfectísimo para compartir entre 2-3. 🌮 Entre los tacos, le dimos al Fish Taco y no nos decepcionaron nada. Llega @Sibuya Urban Sushi Bar a Barcelona 🥢. Tras más de 50 locales por España, ya lo tenemos abierto en nuestra ciudad 🍣. Fuimos porque en redes nos resultó bastante original visualmente y lo cierto es que está guay precio-calidad. 🫔 Comenzamos con su Smoke Roll, un canelón de pollo de corral frito con salsa mayotrufa. Su ahumadito resulta interesante porque le afecta mucho al sabor, positivamente. Vienen 4 unidades y son para compartir. 🥟 Otro plato que no habíamos visto fue su Gyoza Maki. Se trata de un maki con una gyoza de buey (muy buena, por cierto) encima. No es lo más fácil de comer del mundo porque hay que abrir la boca mucho o comerlo en dos partes. Pero bendito problema sea ese. 🔥 El roll del fueguecito de llama Sibuya Flamed (14,90€). Lleva langostino en panko con salmoncito por encima y salta teriyaki entre otros ingredientes. Fue el que más nos gustó. Repetiríamos 🌟 Si quieres probar de todo un poco, tienen un combo de nigiris (salmón, atún, pez mantequilla, langostino y anguila). MIGUELITOS RELLENOS DE DULCE DE LECHE Y CREMA PASTELERA: Esta receta es increíble, muy esponjosa y riquísima! Ideal para preparar este finde 😍 Te paso la receta 😍👇 🔸INGREDIENTES: 500 g de harina 0000 @celestialalimentos 100 g de azúcar, 100 g de manteca, 40 g de levadura fresca, 200 ml de leche tibia, 1 cdita de esencia de vainilla, ralladura de 1 limón. 🔸PROCEDIMIENTO: En un bowl colocar la harina, en el centro colocar la levadura, el azúcar, esencia de vainilla, la ralladura de limón , la manteca e incorporando la leche tibia de a poco, amasar hasta formar una masa lisa y homogénea, si es necesario agregá un poquito más de harina. Tiene que quedar una masa que no se pegue a la mesada ni a las manos. Tapar con papel film y dejar que duplique su tamaño. Luego dividir la masa en bollitos de 50 g cada uno. Bollar, colocar en una placa para horno aceitada, separados. Tapar y dejar leudar nuevamente por 30’ . Pincelarlos con huevo batido y llevar a horno 180° por 10 o 15’ hasta que estén doraditos. Esperar que se enfríen y rellenar con dulce de leche repostero o crema pastelera con una manga. CREMA PASTELERA 👉 Mezclar en un bol 2 huevos con 150 g de azúcar, 1 cdita de esencia de vainilla, agregar 25 g de maicena, 25 g de harina y mezclar. Colocar en una olla 500 ml de leche, agregar la mezcla de los huevos y llevar a fuego mínimo batiendo continuamente con un batidor de alambre hasta espesar. Luego de que comienza a hervir, cocinar 2’ y retirar del fuego. Colocar la crema pastelera en un bol y taparlo en contacto con papel film y dejar enfriar.
