Spicy Hot Honey Tender Burgers!!🍔🔥 Ingredients: Wet Batter: 2 Chicken Breasts Cut into Strips 100ml Buttermilk 1-2tbsp Lemon Juice / Pickle Juice 1-2tsp Extra Hot Chilli Powder 1tsp Salt 1tsp Paprika 1tsp Cajun 1tsp Pepper 1tsp Garlic / Onion Powder 1 Egg Dry Batter: 100g All Purpose Flour 70g Cornstarch 2tap Salt 1tsp Pepper 1tsp Garlic Powder 1tsp Onion Powder 1-2tsp Cajun 1tsp Paprika 1-2tsp Extra Hot Chilli Powder Sauce: 3-4tbsp Butter 3 Garlic Cloves Minced 1tbsp Chilli Flakes 1tsp Salt 1tsp Pepper 1tsp Cajun 1tsp Paprik 1-2tsp Extra Hit Chilli Powder 1-2tbsp Honey / Maple Syrup 1-2tbsp Chilli Sauce (optional) Brioche Buns, toasted in butter Shredded lettuce Pickles Mayo Recipe: - Wash & Cut chicken your chicken in half (bitterly) then into strips, not too thick because they need to cook - Marinade in the wet batter ingredients over night or minimum 2 hours - Make dry batter mix and dip the chicken strips into the dry batter - Pack on the flour by squeezing the dry mix onto the strips. Shake off any excess. This ensures the dry batter has stuck on and doesn’t come off when frying - Fill a pan with plentiful oil! - Bring the oil to medium - high heat and test its ready by adding a tiny bit of batter - Deep fry your strips in medium - high heat between 15-20 mins, flip each side half way - With ur biggest strip. Cut to check if it’s cooked and base it off that timing! - Make your spicy sauce - Cut your brioche buns in half and spread butter on the bottom halves. The fluffiest, moist and creamiest Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting 🧁 Ingredients: Dry - 350g Self Raising Flour - 300g Sugar - Pinch of Salt Wet - 200ml Oil - 150ml Butter Milk - 2 Eggs - Red Gel Dye Frosting: - 500g Cream Cheese - 250ml Double Cream - 150 - 200g Icing Sugar - 1tsp Vanilla - 40g Cocoa Powder in 30ml Boiling Water Recipe: - Preheat the oven at 160C - Sieve and mix together the dry ingredients to prevent clumps and ensure extra fluffliness - Combine the wet ingredients and slowly mix into the dry ingredients until fully combined - With boiling water, dissolved cocoa powder until smooth and mix this into the cake batter - Add red food dye until you reach the colour you desire - Scoop evenly into cupcake cases, not to the top, just below as they’ll rise - Bake the cupcakes for 20-25 minutes. Triple Choc Brownie Skillet🍫, topped w/ Ice Cream & Homemade Caramel Sauce 🤪 Ingredients: Brownie Batter (for 2-3 6inch Skillets, 4-6 ppl) 60g Butter 115g Chocolate (85g Dark, 30g Milk) 190g Sugar 2 Eggs 2tbsp Instant Coffee 120g All Purpose Flour 30g cocoa powder 150g Chocolate Pinch of Salt Caramel Sauce: 100g Light Brown Sugar 3tbsp Water 60g Butter 3tbsp Golden Syrup 50ml Double Cream Pinch of Salt Recipe: - Melt together the butter & chocolate shards in a microwave, or on a hob (in a bowl over boiling water) - Mix them together off the heat until fully combined - Add in your sugar and mix in thoroughly - Add the eggs in and mix in - Sift in your dry ingredients and combine, if you want a gooey fudgy brownie. Don’t bother whisking the ingredients. You want them dense - Add in as much chocolate chunks as you desire - Flatten into a skillet and top with more baking chocolate - Bake in the oven at 180-190C - For a Goey texture inside, bake for 15 - 20 mins - For a soft cake texture, bake for 35 mins - Whilst baking, in a pan add sugar water and butter in a pan - On medium heat, allow it to melt without touching it - Swirl the pan to allow the ingredients to mix - Once it starts bubbling properly, let it bubble for 10 mins and add a splash of water to prevent burning along the way - Then stir it and double check the sugars melted and has been cooking - Add your double cream (not cold!) and cook in the sauce for 3 mins - Take off the heat and allow it to cool down and thicken - Store in a container in the fridge.
