Raising Cane’s Copycat Tender and Sauce Recipe🍗 Tenders Ingredients: - Chicken breast tenderloins: 1kg - Buttermilk: 1 carton - All-purpose flour: 1.5 cups - Garlic powder: 1 tsp - Paprika: 1 tsp - Cayenne pepper: 1/2 tsp (adjust for spice level) - Salt: 1 tsp - Ground black pepper: 1/2 tsp - Vegetable oil: Enough for deep frying Cane’s Sauce Ingredients: - Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup - Ketchup: 1/4 cup - Garlic powder: 1/2 tsp - Worcestershire sauce: 1/2 tsp - Black pepper: 1/4 tsp Steps: 1. Cut chicken tenders to even sizes and submerge in 1 carton of buttermilk in a sealed bowl or bag. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight. 2. Mix 1.5 cups flour, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cayenne, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper in a shallow dish. 3. Remove chicken from buttermilk, letting excess drip off, then dredge in flour mixture, shaking off excess. 4. Heat oil to 170c in a fryer or pot. Fry chicken pieces without crowding, 3-4 minutes each side, until internal temperature reaches 75c. 5. Drain cooked chicken on a wire rack or paper towel-lined plate. 6. For the sauce, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. This recipe makes 18 high protein burritos that you can store frozen, and reheat in just a few minutes 🤌 Per burrito (makes 18): 445 Calories 32g Protein 52g Carbs 12g Fat Ingredients: 48oz boneless skinless chicken thighs 2 taco seasoning packets 1 tablespoon lime juice 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon 15oz can of green enchilada sauce (~420g) Garlic and salt to taste High: 2-3 hours OR Low: 3-4 Hours 2 bags RightRice (I used cilantro lime)* 2 cups of water *or ~400g of any rice of choice (uncooked weight). If using a different rice, the water amount will need to be adjusted - use ~70% the water the rice calls for to account for extra liquid in the slow cooker from the chicken 5 diced roma tomatoes 3 diced jalapeños 2 diced white onions 1 bunch chopped cilantro Juice of 2 limes 500g 0% Greek yogurt (I recommend FAGE) 150g reduced fat cheddar 120g reduced fat mozzarella If filling is too hot/not thick - place in fridge or freezer until thickened. This will make rolling burritos 100x easier. Weigh the entirety of your filling and divide by 18 to evenly distribute filling across each burrito. Reheat instructions (preferred method): Wrap in paper towel, microwave 1:15, flip and microwave another 1:15. It should be defrosted but not warmed all the way through. I’ve partnered up with @Bush’s Beans to show you that meal preps don’t have to be boring! 😴 #BushsBeansPartner Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef, 93% lean 1 large onion, diced 1 red bell pepper, diced 4-7 cloves garlic, minced 1 cans (14.5 ounces each) fire roasted tomatoes 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste @bushsbeans Hearty Heat Chili Magic Chili Seasoning Packet Instructions: 1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, add 2 tbsp avocado oil and brown the ground beef over high heat for 3-4 mins 2. Add the diced onion and diced bell peppers to the pot. Sauté until the vegetables are softened. 3. Add the can of tomato paste, and mix for another 2 minutes 4. Reduce the heat to medium, add seasoning blend, and stir in the minced garlic for an additional 1-2 minutes then add the canned diced tomatoes and Bush’s Beans Hearty Heat Chili Magic and mix well. 5. Cook for 5-10 mins on low heat then let the mixture cool down for 10 mins. 6. Wrap using a low carb tortilla and some low-fat shredded cheese then store in the freezer! Cheesesteak Loaded Potato Bowl 🥩🥔🔥 This takes meat and potatoes to a whole new level. Simple, easy to make and so damn delicious! Awesome for a post workout meal, lunch or dinner! Great for meal prepping as well. Hands down one of my favorite recipes to date! FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS ~1.5 lbs yukon gold potatoes - ~1.5 lbs of thinly sliced steak (I used top sirloin strip steak) - 1 red bell pepper - 1 green bell pepper - 1 white onion - Extra virgin olive oil - Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika - ~1 tbsp minced garlic - ~1 tsp worcestershire sauce - Low fat shredded white cheddar - Parsley (garnish) Sauce (Combine all ingredients) - ~1/3 cup low fat sour cream or greek yogurt - ~1-2 tbsp hot sauce of choice - ~1 tbsp of honey - Small pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder & smoked paprika Note(s): Adjust to your liking. DIRECTIONS 1. Wash & dry the potatoes then dice them up into small cubes. Put them in a large bowl then add in olive oil and seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika). Mix till well combined then place evenely on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 425 for ~30-35 minutes. Give a quick mix half way. 2. While the potatoes are in the oven, prep everything else. Start by dicing up the peppers and onions then place them in large skillet over medium heat with a bit of olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix and sautée for ~8-10 minutes or until your liking. 3. Next thinly slice up the steak. Once the peppers are about done, remove them from the skillet. Add a bit more oil and turn it up to high heat. Add in the steak and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Give it a mix. Let cook for ~4-5 minutes then add in the minced garlic, worcestershire sauce, peppers and onions. Mix and let everything come together for another ~3-4 minutes. 4. Remove the potatoes from oven and let them cool for a few minutes. 5. Kielbasa Sheet Pan Meal is easy to make and one the whole family enjoys! INGREDIENTS (2) 12 oz packs of Beef Kielbasa 3 large potatoes 2 green bell peppers Red onion 2 tbsp olive oil Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing INSTRUCTIONS Slice the kielbasa into thin rounds. Cut the peppers and onions into pieces all about the same size. Peel, wash, and chop the potatoes. Be sure to cut the potatoes into smaller cubes. Add the potatoes to a large bowl and cover in olive oil. Season with some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss the potatoes well to making sure they are well coated in seasoning. Add the chopped peppers and onions and add a little bit more of the seasoning and oil. Toss/stir everything together well. Spray a large sheet pan with cooking spray. Pour the potatoes and veggies out onto the sheet pan. Top with the sliced kielbasa. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes. I suggest checking them around 30 minutes and cooking for the additional time if needed. Mine cooked for 40 minutes. Top with Buffalo Wild Wing’s Asian Zing sauce and serve! The sweet honey with a kick of chilli works beautifully with the salty halloumi. The ingredients can be prepared in the time it takes for the couscous to become nice & fluffy. Share your speedy #ainsleycouscouscreations   Ingredients: 1 x packet of Ainsley Tomato & Chilli Couscous 1 block of halloumi 1 carrot 1 tbsp light olive oil ¾ tsp chilli flakes 3 tbsp runny honey 4 medium soft wheat or corn tortilla 4-5 tbsp shop bought hummus Large handful of baby spinach leaves   Prepare the couscous according to the packet instructions.   Heat a frying pan or griddle over a medium-high heat. Slice the halloumi into 1cm thick strips and grate the carrot. Heat 1 tbsp of oil and the chilli in the pan and fry the halloumi slices for a minute on each side. Drizzle with the honey and cook for a minute longer.   Meanwhile warm the tortilla according to the packet instructions.   Spread the tortilla with some hummus, top with couscous, carrot, spinach and the honeyed halloumi. Drizzle with any honey from the pan and roll up the tortilla.
