My nervous laughing. Anywhooo stuff has been so wild with my cycles. Im starting to have them like every 17-19 days and/or have spotting. Theres a few tests I'm having to go through, one being checking if im pre menopausal, then i'll be getting an ultrasound to rule out fibroids or polyps. 15 days fighting in the hospital and I’m finally home in my own bed 🙏🏼 what a blessing.. I woke up this morning first thing I did was thank God 🥹.. working on doing my first thing on my bucket list 🤞🏼 trying to get the approvals from drs and getting the right medical equipment so wish me luck 🍀.. first thing I want to do is travel to pretty place chapel to speak to God one on one… in few days I’ll be seeing all my specialist starting physical therapy, pulmonary therapy, treatment at home preparing my body for upcoming things. We’re going to take this day by day gracefully 🤌🏼 I thank everyone who’s with me in this.. I thank everyone who’s donated to my bucket list, who’s sharing my testimony with the world. It means everything 🥹.. I’m just so happy to be home…. 4 years ago to this month i was given a feeding tube due to a condition called gastroparesis, meaning a paralyzed stomach. With the condition being life long, i had no idea what my future would look like, especially with food. Replying to @sheydadarab Dysautonomia is more common in the hypermobile population. Fidgeting is a natural way of counteracting the blood pooling to the lower extremities. The muscle contractions from fidgeting assist the blood circulation. Some people use compression socks or other garments to help with this as well. There are many non pharmeceutical options for managing dysautonomia. Adequate hydration is also helpful. POTS is the most commonly mentioned form but there are other types as well.
