This toastie is layered with homemade pizza sauce, stuffed with cheese and pepperoni slices, topped with MORE cheese and more pepperoni!! 😮‍💨   Macros 464 calories 28gP / 26gF / 30gC Serves: 1 (double to serve 2!)   Shopping list ✍️ - 2 pieces low calorie bread - 40g passsta - 20g tomato purée - 1/2 tsp oregano - Pinch of sweetener or sugar - 30g pepperoni slices - 30g reduced-fat cheddar - 40g reduced-fat mozzarella Method Mix the passata, tomato purée, most of the oregano and pinch of sweetener or sugar together and set aside. Slice the pepperoni apart from 2 whole pieces. Spread over your homemade pizza sauce of the bread, then top with the cheeses. One piece of bread add the small sliced pepperoni, the other side place 2 whole slices of pepperoni on top. Place the whole pepperoni side on top of the other slice of bread. Sprinkle over a pinch of oregano. High protein chicken katsu curry loaded on crispy fries… need I say more 😮‍💨   Macros 548 calories 50gP / 11gF / 62gC Serves: 2   Shopping list ✍️ - 2 chicken breasts - Salt & pepper - 1 tsp curry powder - 1 egg - 36g panko breadcrumbs - Low calorie spray - 2 potatoes - 46g Golden Curry Japanese curry mix (mixed with boiling water to make it thick) Optimal: sliced red chilli and fresh coriander   Method Tenderise the chicken breast then season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Dip into the whisked egg then the panko. Slice the potatoes into fries then season with salt and pepper, spray the chicken and fries with low calorie spray and air fry on 190C for 10mins. Flip, spray the chicken again and shake the fries. Air fry for a further 7 mins or until the chicken is cooked. Let the chicken rest for a few mins then slice. 30 DAYS OF HEALTHY AIR-FRYER RECIPES Day 2| Sticky beef egg fried rice 🥵   A gorgeous sticky honey-soy glazed sauce coating the beef and egg fried rice! 😮‍💨   Macros 508 calories 44gP / 12gF / 57gC Serves: 1 (double to serve 2!)   Shopping list ✍️ - 150g lean beef mince - Salt & pepper - 140g cooked basmati rice - 1 egg - 1/2 medium pepper, diced - 1/2 small onion, diced - 2 tsp honey - 3 tsp soy sauce - 1 tsp dark soy - 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce Method Mix together 1 tsp honey, 2 tsp soy sauce, dark soy and sweet chilli sauce and set aside. Season the beef mince with salt, pepper, 1 tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp honey. Air fry on 200C for 5 mins and separate the mince using a spatula. Mix in the red pepper, onion and rice then pour in the sauce. Mix well and cook on 200C for 3 mins, add a whisked egg, mix then back in for another 3-4 min or until the egg has cooked. And that is some kind of shit storm rooted in SHAME. That’s the issue. Shame. You can’t start this journey with the mentality that it’s not going to work. Or that you’re not good enough today. In the body that you’re currently in. You can’t start this journey because you hate yourself, you have to start this journey because you love yourself. sure self-hate could be a great motivator, but motivation is fleeting. And not reliable. What is going to get you results as discipline. And what is going to help you implement discipline into your life is having a strong WHY. Do it differently this time, babe, work through the root of the issue. Attack the mindset. Be curious, about your common points of failure. About self sabotaging behaviors. 30 DAYS OF HEALTHY AIR-FRYER RECIPES Day 4| Satay chicken skewers 🥵   Tender marinated chicken pieces full of satay flavour, coated with a gorgeous homemade satay sauce… what dreams are made of 😮‍💨   Macros 286 calories 43gP / 8gF / 9gC Serves: 2   Shopping list ✍️ - 2 chicken breasts, diced - Salt & pepper - 1 tsp curry powder - 2 tsp soy sauce - 2 tsp honey - 25g peanut butter - 50ml water - Pinch of sweetener or sugar Method Mix the peanut butter with 1 tsp soy sauce, water and a pinch of sweetener or sugar and set aside. Season the diced chicken with salt & pepper, curry powder, honey and 1 tsp soy sauce. Marinade for at least 20 mins, place onto 2 skewers and spray with low calorie spray. Air fry on 190C for 7 mins each side or until cooked. Turn half way and spray again with more low calorie spray. Spread over your homemade satay sauce and enjoy!
