Recipe 👇 🌼 4 cups dandelion petals 🌼 4 cups water 🌼 2 slices lemon 🌼 2 slices orange 🌼 2 cups sugar Method 🌼 Simmer the dandelion and citrus with the water for 30-40 minutes 🌼 Strain out the solids and add the liquid back to a pan 🌼 Add the sugar and boil for roughly 45 minutes till thick and sticky 🌼 (you can test this by freezing a teaspoon and adding a drop to see how runny/thick it is!) 🌼 Add to a sterilised jar and consume within 12 months Have you got any favourite dandelion recipes? 🌿 #wildfood #foraging #forager #dandelion #slowliving #cottagecore #veganrecipe

Papryka, to jedyne warzywo, które wysiewam w styczniu. Potrzebuje ona zdecydowanie więcej czasu, niż inne warzywa by dojrzeć. Ja nasiona najpierw podkiełkowuję na wacikach (może to być również wilgotny ręcznik kuchenny), dzięki temu do ziemi trafią tylko te "dobre" nasiona. Można jednak paprykę wysiać również prosto do ziemi w doniczkach, czy plastikowych pojemnikach. Wsadzamy wtedy po kilka nasionek do doniczki. Tak wysianą paprykę stawiamy na jak najjaśniejszym parapecie w domu. Gdy rośliny podrosną i będą miały po 4/6 listków będą pikowane, czyli rozsadzane i wtedy każda jedna dostanie swoją własną doniczkę 🙂 Papryki do połowy maja trzymamy w domu a przed wysadzeniem do gruntu należy je przez pewien czas hartować.
