The front delts sure are affected the most by this exercise, but the side delts also do a lot of work in pressing exercises and can benefit from the higher loads used. Front raises on the other hand, is an isolation exercise for the front delt which is the most overgrown muscle in any gym goer’s body. Difference is I lost my eyeglasses🥸 . I wish it was that simple😅. Started my bulk in December 2022 with a body weight of 87.5 kilos. Now we are in February 2024 which marks almost one year and 3 months of continuous bulking. I will cut before summer 2024 starting mid April or May (depending on my condition). . I cannot recommend it more for all the people that have a goal in mind, to pack on some serious muscle mass, don’t be afraid to bulk up year long, if you have no reason to cut down and lean out, then just DONT. One of the reasons that make you stop seeing progress in the gym‼️👇🏻 . Switching exercises or workout splits too early will not allow you to see progress in the gym. Since even if you switch from one exercise to a similar exercise, there will be a small percentage of muscle fibers that you will not activate as much as you did previously.
