3 BAD advices you should avoid‼️👇🏻 . Number 1 is setting a target amount of reps for a set. If you are not tracking your progress weekly, then setting a number of reps for a set is going to pull you back. Number2 doing cardio between active sets to burn calories. When you are training to build muscle, only train to build muscle nothing else. You can do your cardio after your resistance training not during Number3 don’t rest more than 1 minute between your sets. You should rest as much as needed to make sure you recover properly and are able to put your max effort in your set, going in too early will pull back the weight used and the amount of reps reached . This video was actually even longer but I had to cut certain parts down otherwise it would have been like 10 minutes 😂

To emphasise, I don’t demonise any foods. I’m NOT saying that red meat/saturated fat is bad for you at any amount or that it can’t be consumed as part of a healthy diet. But this doesn’t mean we can’t acknoweldge that they can likely increase health risks at certain intakes (just like sugar or ultra processed foods).

If you want to follow a carnivore diet… you do you boo. I’m not your daddy and I’m not trying to tell you what to do. My issue here and is always the promotion of misinformation. 

People should be able to make INFORMED choices about what they put into their body.

That means looking at what the weight of the literature shows us and not dismissing everything that doesn’t suit our bias due to funding. Good day 🫡

HER PLAN: 🍳 NUTRITION: Alexis is eating whole natural foods high in protein, good carbs, & good fats all within the calorie deficit that we calculated for her. (Everybody’s calorie intake is going to be different depending on your height, weight, activity, level, & personal goals) . ACTIVITY: You heard right, no cardio. Alexis gets 10,000 steps a day. . WEIGHT LIFTING PLAN: She lifts 4-5 times a week, splitting up her body parts. Her glutes are growing and coming up quickly because we are not overtraining them. Each body part once per week. She does her hams & upper glutes, and then 5 days later, her quads and lower glutes. 🤗 You must give your muscles time to rest and build, or they will shrink if you overtrain them. 😆 If you look at her pictures, you can clearly see her glutes have lifted, & now are starting to build and shape. This takes time and with the correct plan. She has been doing the same workouts with me so far. We won’t change them until the three month mark, because if you jump around on your workouts, you don’t know what’s working. سبق و حكيت عن الإطالة قديه مهمة و شو فوائدها ، بهيدا الريل ، صورتلكن روتين الإطالة و حركات الإطالة المفضلة عندي للجزء السفلي عملتها يوم الراحة . فيكن تعملو بعد التمرين أو بيوم الراحة . بس ما تعملو إطالة ثابتة قبل التمرين 👍🏻 صورتلكن الإطالة يلي فيكن تعملوها قبل التمرين للجزء السفلي رح ينزل قريباً 😍 الإطالة ما بتروّح التعضيل ، بس بتساعد انه العضلة ترجع لحجمها الأساسي و بتساعدك انه توصلي للمدى الحركي الكامل خلال التمارين و بتعطيكي شعور الراحة بالوقت نفسه خاصة اذا كنت بتعاني من تشنجات بالعضلة بعد التمرين .. ضروري نكون عم نعمل إطالة خلال الأسبوع ، من مرتين ل ٣ مرات اسبوعياً حتى فيكي بشكل يومي و هالشي ما بأثر أبداً بالعكس . بس الأهم تعرفي انه اي شي زايد = ناقص ! كل تمرين ١٥-٣٠ ثانية- ٣ جولات فيكي توصلي لمدة دقيقة كحدّ أقصى و اذا حسيتي بتنميل قبل الدقيقة وقفي تلقائياً لأن هيدا شعور ممكن يكون اله سلبيات . الشعرر الوحيد يلي لازم تحسي فيه هو عدم الإرتياح مش الوجع و التنميل❌ خبريني بالتعليقات ، كم مرة بتعملي إطالة بالأسبوع؟👇🏻 إذا عم تحسي حالك ضايعة و بدك مساعدة بوضع برنامج مخصص لالك و لاهدافك ابعتي كلمة" coaching" على الإيميل الموجود بالبايو ليوصلك الباقات المتوفرة 🫶🏻 #diettips #weightloss #weightlosstips #weightgain #weightgainjourney #workoutmotivation #homeworkout #gymmotivation #gymworkout #onlinecoaching #gymtips #فريق_آية

Difference is I lost my eyeglasses🥸 . I wish it was that simple😅. Started my bulk in December 2022 with a body weight of 87.5 kilos. Now we are in February 2024 which marks almost one year and 3 months of continuous bulking. I will cut before summer 2024 starting mid April or May (depending on my condition). . I cannot recommend it more for all the people that have a goal in mind, to pack on some serious muscle mass, don’t be afraid to bulk up year long, if you have no reason to cut down and lean out, then just DONT.
